What Makes Catriona’s Vision Quests Unique

“I work with nature, spirit and energy from animals, plants and the Earth. I am a an experienced vision quest leader, nature guide, meditation teacher and certified soul coach. I view the Vision Quest experience as an on-going process of unfolding and discovery.

My Vision Quests draw upon several cultural traditions and belief systems including shamanism, Taoism, Native American, and Celtic traditions. I incorporate modern energy methods, dream reading, and practices evolved from contact with spirit animal guides, into the Quests. The native American medicine wheel model that I use follows the teachings of Denise Linn, of Cherokee descent, and one of my greatest teachers.

I provide each Quest participant with a powerful pre-Quest clearing practice based on the four primary elements found in nature: Earth, Air, Fire & Water that begins 28 days prior to the Quest.”

I offer group Quests, solo Quests and Vision Quest Training in several locations including Northern California, New Zealand and Scotland.
