Catriona offers nature retreats and team builders for organizations, and one-on-one Leadership Coaching. Catriona has significant experience working within organizations as an Executive Director and CEO, and also as a Board member of over a dozen organizations.
She has also assisted over 120 organizations in the United States and internationally in strategic planning, leadership development; building teams, program development, "valuation" and capacity development.
As the founder of Pathfinder International: Guidance for Global Leaders, Catriona provided consulting advice to national and international companies, Foundations, NGOs, & Government Agencies and Executive Coaching. She also has over twenty years of experience as international project manager and consultant for projects in Latin America, Asia (China, Russia & Japan), Bulgaria, Indonesia and Jamaica. She is skilled in large-scale international programs, management & execution of a variety of projects, and she advised and assisted government ministry officials, private companies, NGOs and the private sector. Her education and training background includes international studies at Cambridge University, a Juris Doctorate, and a Masters in Science in Resource Management & Administration. Catriona has experience in personality assessment, peak performance and life changing coaching modalities as well as Appreciative Inquiry.
